Afternoon arrival: Upstairs unit, installed 2023 not cooling. She said she turned off the system for now. If she is not home she said you can go on in
Arrived onsite for multiple boiler repairs. The main issue was the boiler over heating and lack of heat reaching all the radiators and baseboard. Replace the automatic water pressure control system. Replaced the high pressure emergency relief system. Replace water temperature safety system. Refilled boiler and confirmed operation. Confirmed the boiler is no longer over heating. Also confirmed heat is reaching all zones.
Arrived onsite for maintenance and purge of 2 baseboard zones. Requested the customer turn on the thermostats up to heat and confirm operation of the boiler and each zone valve. Turned the boiler off and removed and cleaned all burners and wiped cleaner the burner compartment. Performed a visual inspection of all electrical and inspected all external water components such as the exp tank, fill valve, backflow preventer and the circulator pump. Found the aquastat relay was not functioning. It’s not turning on the circulator nor is it going off at temperature. Purged both zones of air and confirmed all radiators and baseboard is heating. Recommended repairs: aquastat, fast fill valve, back flow preventer, pressure relief valve.
Afternoon arrival for a customer experiencing issues with their air conditioner's compressor. We installed the unit in 8/8/23.
No arrival time "later today"- Please make sure to press "otw" when you are on the way so the customer gets notification. Tubing off of condensate pump was knicked and is now spraying all over. Joe explained that we need to cut it, replace poly tubing from copper lining to pump. Then 3/4 clamp to clamp back together. Please call Joe on your way so he can explain to you. Shouldn't take long to complete the job according to Joe.
